I feel like paragliders and such should have a large and very sharp knife strapped to their leg that they can unsnap and pull out to cut themselves free when things go wrong.

These will make you feel you'll never do those activities ever again. I almost felt the top 5 is correct, however, I think the subway one was scarier than the other two because it relied on more teamwork control and the fact it is so difficult to stop a train before they can hit someone, while the other two you can get out yourselves and it takes more time to get out of those situations.
