10. This is the same tactic that Starlin used during ww2 when they was at war with the Wehrmacht. They just used their soldiers like tissue wipes, especially in the battle of kursk. The ground offensive will start I say in May , the ground should have firmed up for the tanks and IFV . So from now until then the Ukrainian army has 13 weeks to get their tank crews and IFV up to speed. The latest for the offensive to start is June 17 weeks. If everything goes to plan like the other offensive that the Ukrainian army has executed recently, we might see all of Crimea libarated but that might be to much to quick or maybe Ukrainian army might try to drive a wedge through to mariupol and split the Russian's in half . But hay what do I know just speculation and guessing.

    Ukraine is currently fighting on three fronts; North-East, East and South. If Russia opened a fourth front again in the North from Belarus, this would pose a significant challenge for Ukraine.

    For the sake of peace in Europe, Russia must not win this war.

    From wherever an attack on Ukraine originates, this territory becomes a legitimate military target. This includes Russia, Belarus, the Black Sea, the Sea of Azov, plus the Caspian Sea.

    By hosting Russian troops and equipment, Belarus is already a combatant in this war. Russia is continually launching missile strikes from within Belarus. Belarus allows the stationing of Russian nuclear missiles on its territory. Belarus is not neutral in this conflict.

    If Russia were to attack Poland, it would have to come through Belarus. It would, therefore, be in Poland's interest to take preemptive action to prevent such an incident.

    One action would be to move some of its troops and equipment to protect Ukraine's Northern border. This would free up Ukraine's forces for the other three fronts and signal Poland's willingness to preemptively protect its own security.

    This action by Poland would also send a clear message to Belarus that they cannot have their cake and eat it too.

    Let's not kid ourselves, NATO is currently at war with Russia. One of my criticisms of NATO is that it is largely reactive. It needs to become more proactive and creative in its actions.

    If a major attack on Ukraine were to originate again from Belarus, this would warrant a major military response by NATO. Poland could easily repulse such an attack using its own forces and NATO equipment.

    I believe a Polish preemptive strike on Belarusian territory is justified; The sooner the better. This would safeguard Poland against any possible future land based invasion by Russian forces.

    Both Russia and Belarus are overdue for Regime Change.
