2. l can only admire all rescue teams, they do amazing work and sincearly love all the animals they save. l think the law is to blame for a lot of this cruelty because the abusers know if they are caught its just a fine or a few weeks /months in prison,nothing to them,it really should be stronger rules to have any impact on these disgusting people.
