I know how amazing this indian food tastes coz theyre using lots of delicious indian spices but man please be cautious on cleanliness coz its food that youre serving it should be properly served.i respect the culture and part of it is holding foods barehandedly but u should do it only at home it doesnt look good to handle food with bare hands to give it to other people to eat.if they are foreigner like me they will hesitate to eat it coz were not used to eating foods that have been touched by others..and the worst part of it is youre also holding the money with the same hands thats holding the food.thats not good at all.i didnt meant to be offensive i just feel sad about this whole negative comments about hygiene coz u cant blame people to be critique when it comes to food coz its one of the most important part of our existense..
