Police in Queensland, Australia, rescued a kangaroo joey that had gotten stuck in some crocodile-infested floodwaters near the community of Burketown on March 12.
‘A helicopter pilot flew over at the time and spotted two very large crocs nearby — a timely reminder to stay out of floodwaters as you never know what is lurking beneath,’ Queensland Police wrote on Twitter.

Yay!
Where's momma. It's crying for it's mama. Too little to survive alone. We need an update!!! It was removed from the water. It's not rescued.

Where's momma?!
