What they need is those speed humps and red light cameras – look how well Oahu is doing with them.
"she wasn't in a crosswalk"??? She'd have to walk 5 miles in either direction to find one! This is horrifying! This is something you hear about almost every evening in Oahu not here. Hwy 130 is no longer a 55mph zone we all have to slow tf down out there! There is a racetrack in hilo, any one can play. So be aware out there day or night. I get the feeling most of us gonna know this woman,
when/if they tell us. RIP💐 fellow Punatick.
They need to put a traffic light & crosswalk.
