Object splits in two , possibly, due to optical illusion. Gravitational field of the object is directed against Earth gravitational field and it results in acceleration of the rate of time and speed of light inside of object's field. When light crosses barrier between 2 fields it refracts and could split as well. That's why all images of UFOs are blurry. Also, fast accelerations seen from our frame of reference are actually a slow movements from their frame of reference.
It is obviously just a Mylar party balloon.

Simply because you have degrees as scientists or whatever doesn't make a person any more qualified than a casual observer. Personally, I'm fed up looking at far off, fuzzy, unfocused videos and pictures. The tic tac footage is laughable. The true, up close and personal stuff is concealed from the public view.

Admitting to their existence would be destructive on a Global Scale for the following reasons:
It would destroy Religions and the notion of one God or another.
It would have a devastating Economic Collapse.
It would have a destructive force on all Education.
It would create Fear and Mass Hysteria, which the military would not be able contain.
It would undermine some Scientific Knowledge.
It would increase the percentages of Human Psychotic and Neurotic Behavior.
It would reveal the true purpose of colonization of Mars or any other celestial body.
The effects of the above would probably destroy Human Civilization permanently.

This is outstanding investigation work, way to go SCU! Explaining UFOs/UAPs with science make a much higher impact on the results and credibility if we ever came to finally proof their existence!
