Rabbits are a popular alternative to traditional pets like dogs and cats. They are social, intelligent, and can be trained to use a litter box. Rabbits are also ideal for people who live in smaller spaces, as they do not require as much room as larger pets. However, it’s important to remember that rabbits are prey animals, and can be easily scared or stressed by loud noises, sudden movements, or handling by inexperienced people.

One thing, they are NOT low maintenance! But with that being said, all the other info. is correct and relevant. 🙂
My rabbit absolutely hates everybody and is so paranoid, if you take half a step towards him he goes SKTTR-SKTTR-SKTTR
The rabbit ate her hair-

It’s bunnies❤
We raised rabbits, among other animals, growing up. They are pretty great animals 😇
i LOVE BUNNYs
My sweet bunny was the best! She and our kitty were pals 🐇🐈 Have to get information on how to take care of bunnies, they need hay and no regular litter but they box train in one minute
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
They do not make good pets…DO MOT MAKE GOOD PETS. They need lots of room and attention but chew up cords and everything. Please stop buying rabbits for kida
Low maintenance? LOW MAINTENANCE??? Rabbits? We're talking about the same animal right? Long ears, short tails, zoom at 100mph and chew through most things? Those rabbits? The ones that need unlimited hay and brushing at least once a week?
Rabbits are the most underappreciated animal as they are full of personality and charisma. I agree they are not low maintenance, but the challenge to make them love and trust you is very rewarding. I can't imagine my garden without one.
I have 2 rabbits and they always put their hands in their face I don't know what their trying to do
Same bunny open video
my rabbits are demons and they know that 🥰
they're very adorable but no, they're not low maintenance 😖
something I want to say is that with what ever pet you get you need to do LOTS of reasearch to make sure your pet gets as much care and attention as they need to have a healthy life.
Pov: Me watching the cute rabbits❤
Me:I WANT DAT.
(Yes, I did my research and am getting a little furry bunny friend!! ✨(
"They're a wonderful addition to the family!"
rips out clump of hair from owners head
Expensive vet fees, finding vet care specifically for rabbits sensitive systems, the scare of stasis to keep ya on your toes, dietary needs that can get pricy, needing socialization so everyone out of the home for 9+ hours a day won’t cut it, needing bonded bunny mates but being hard to actually bond them, all your wires, baseboards, furniture, clothing, shoes chewed with bunny love…. Nothing about bunnies is low maintenance lol. This is why so many are abandoned or rehomed after being bought as an “easy” pet. Same with birds don’t even get me started. Get a cat. Stop with the irresponsible pet ownership
"They can be wonderful additions to your family!"
As the bunny eats its owners hair off
Low maintenance? Absolutely the fuck not, they are high maintenance
Adorable video clips of all the FUN times and sweetness of rabbits. Hahaha love the comments and agree, uhhhh not low maintenance, but yes they are a wonderful addition! As a long time, over 20 years, bunny Mommy of so many over the years. They are not the easiest, most affectionate companions, BUT, I wouldn't trade my 2 for anything and I plan to have bunnies as long as I am alive lol
LOW MAINTENANCE LOOOOOW MAINTENAAAAAANCE??????
low maintenance? I have to respectfully disagree..signed a bun-mom
This is proof he doesn't own a rabbit
Cute
I don’t think any domestic animal can be considered ‘low maintenance’ – they are literally breed to be dependent on humans.
They ARE wonderful, adorable, pets ! But they ARE NOT low maintenance. This is actually a common mistake that ppl make when choosing a pet, which leads to so many of these poor creatures being abandoned or abused. Too many rabbits end up in shelters. And those actually are the lucky ones. The others suffer because they are very social creatures that need lots of love and attention. And they also need A LOT of space to exercise. They have to be spayed/neutered because not only do u not want to have a ton of them running around, but also for health reasons, and because it's a big help to calming them down and minimizing destructive behavior. But there's no cure for a rabbits instincts to chew EVERYTHING in sight ! Also they are considered exotic pets so veterinary care is quite costly. So if u don't have $ or lots of free time, please do not get a rabbit for a pet. They are very much like having children. It's just not easy like with cats or hamsters, or the like. And if u do find that u have enough love to give these AMAZING creatures, PLEASE think about adoption. Because, like I said, these are one of the most abandoned pets. And it's truly heartbreaking considering how loving they really are. Also in the case of rabbits 2 is usually better than 1. Just because they are EXTREMELY social. And even if u have lots of free time, rabbits get very lonely. They're also most active at night when we humans like to sleep.
