2. SO AS FAR AS I UNDERSTAND FROM AN EMAIL I GOT TODAY IS THAT BUFFALO CREEK IS THE ONLY PLACE LEFT WITH LOTS, FOR 10,000 SO I'M LOOKING A 40,000 MINIMUM TO GET IT SET UP. WITH AN RJO.. AND NO LESS THAN 60,000 WITH A COTTAGE. THE DRAW FOR ME WAS THE 200 DOLLAR LOT WHICH NO LONGER EXISTS.

6. I personally love Brian's skill and personality!!! He's incredible to work within always responds to questions within 24 hours with thoughtful and intelligent that makes sense. I wanted many things how some of the things are not feasible and how it could work. He's a problem solver an excellent at his craft. ITH is very fortunate to have him as an employee!!!! Trust me he has incredible patience. I'm not an easy customer and yet he never made me feel stupid or rushed me. My greatest best wishes for Brian and his family!!!

10. There are 18 working days in October. The guys will have to consistently build 5+ a day. Its always best to under promise and over deliver, not the other way around. It will be interesting to see if this is pulled off without any problems or delays.

11. The $15k home out of those panels should be here to stay. But if there’s any tweaking you can do with the costs to offer the Incredibox w/ loft for $15k, that should help sales. I guess I don’t understand why you wouldn’t want this deal to stay, since you say tiny home sales have decreased nationwide.
