4. A whole lot of over the top. The truck spins his tires. He was not evading. Cop guilty of use of unauthorized use of deadly force. Anybody can drive into somebody that's not running from you. Property damage for no reason.who was he prprotecting? The truck It looked like he was going maybe 20 mph.
