Meet Esme, a southern white rhino; David, her puppy companion; and Milly, a young Pedi lamb with a herding instinct. Baby rhino Esme was left to fend for herself after her mother was unable to produce milk, now Esme’s sense of home lives in her friendships.

Rhinos really are like giant puppies. The problem is that they have really bad eyesight and live with lions that they see everything as a danger and attack. They’re really nervous creatures but are absolute sweethearts once they get used to you.

I’ve seen videos of 3-4 different species of animals playing together…meanwhile we humans can’t even get along with a person of different skin color or culture. We have a lot to learn from them…Rhinos are so precious I hope we get to preserve their species but i sadly doubt it.

Love the bonds between the rhino, sheep and dog. They r truly friends. The sheep's coloring reminds me of a sheep called Lammie the Legend. She is a nanny, playmate, protector and friend to a baby elephant named khanyisa of the HERD in S.A. Sheep are wonderful friends to young animals, or any animal.
