2. So, is it normal when you're in stopped traffic to leave your foot off the brake? I notice that at 2:14, the car gets rear ended, then flies forward 20 feet into the next car. I'm always on the brake just for that reason.

14. Those kids at the end are the perfect example of what NOT to do when you see an accident. Yelling, antagonizing and being incredibly disruptive of the efforts to deal with the situation. Hopefully they feel like fools, because they sure acted like fools.
