  1. That's the way ya butter a steak contrary to these lunatics who brown the butter and baste the steak in the pan. Instead you simply brush the steak with unbrowned butter while resting. Perfect.

  2. By the way , I make a brownie that is different yet raises the bar just a tad. A smash hit request for a desert item at my restaurant. We knocked it out of the park. Next to Lilly's cinnamon French toast sticks on steroids good anytime of the day. The hot dog wrapped in bacon, deep fried, and topped with American cheese = the Franchezy, as if that wasn't enough, the burger selection to one day only sloppy Joe paired with a pulled pork special on Thursday's to the Friday Hanger Steak sandwich leaves many speechless. Customer loyalty is as amazing as word of mouth. I sometimes miss the excitement

  3. The food looks good but I would NEVER spend a penny in that wasteland city. It's like One HUGE porta potty sitting in Illinois!

  4. One of the best jobs a human being can possibly have .travel ,eat ,and create content I watch every single one of his videos always with a positive attitude and charisma.

  5. Love your videos Mark, just went on a Phuket tour of your food recommendations.
