5. Can someone explain to me why this trail was needed. The old hydro archon is dead (Egeria) and Celestia wants to get rid of Fontaine people. Why should she care if a new hydro archon is dead, not to mention does Celestia not know that Furina is not actually the hydro archon – even Arlechino figured this out. Also turning Fontaine citizens into real humans should have no impact on Celestia wishing to get rid of them, why should she not kill them even if they become human?

6. Is it just me or does the English version just seem silly. I played this last night in Japanese and it had so much more emotion and impact.

9. Yes, you are right I do hate the way Foçalors handled things. The same way she spoke to Furina via a mirror was the same way she could've portaled her in to her hidden dimension to comfort her.

14. I just realized how deep the bible story references goes in this quest. The traveller has been frequently theorized to be the "Lucifer" in genshin, among all the other demon names. The fallen star. Furina, meanwhile, has inspirations taken from Jesus, the human part of God that has to suffer for the salvation of the people. The scene of the traveller trying to get Furina's secret before the trial was absolutely mirroring Satan tempting Jesus when He was in the desert. Furina was so tempted, but in the end, she had enough resolve to endure it, and not give an inch to Lucifer.

    I really love Furina, I just wish she has a spine when it comes to the traveller, she is wayy to friendly in her story quest to someone who has never done anything besides made her life more miserable everytime they meet.

17. Everyone missed the part where Childes Transformation which is called "FOUL LEGACY" is aptly named after Skirks Master who created a LEGACY that was passed down to childe through skirk. I just LOVE how lore is tied up so well in this game. its INSANE. BEST ARCHON QUEST EVER!!!!!

    In a more serious note, gonna guess then that the Fatui's goal in gathering all the gnoses is to somehow revive the Third Descender.

30. Okay, coincidentally the traveller arrives in fontaine to save the day.. im actually curious how traveller arrives at always the right time to watch things unfold or to bring about certain actions.. can't help but think this is what N meant by fate…

31. I just finished the quest and I really liked it. But the fact that you have to finish the quest in one go the moment the trial starts, it didn't felt right. Like let me log out and continue it later. You even get a warning "if you log out you have to do it all over again"

36. "Magnificent and dramatic trial". So that's why she's always at the opera house! That's why she's tried to dramatically try Lyney and the traveler! That's why she's so excited at the idea of herself being tried! She has been constantly looking for that one trial to end her act this whole time.
