One of the smartest moments for me was when L took Misas phone and told light exactly what he was planning on doing
Why cant villain like yagami lighta win
Except the ending the series was pure masterpiece
It is really unfortunate how this absolute masterpiece came to an end. I really would have loved to see Light win against Near.
Dub is so awful lol
I NEVER REALLY THINK KIRA IS SMART. HE EVEN COULDN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT IT NEANS " L'S NO.2":)
English sub is so shit
The person who wrote the storyline 🗿
No sane person overthinks that much. The tehhnis match scene proves he was not smart just a big brain guy.
Why so whyyyyyy 😢❤😮😂😅❤😊🎉😢
the internal monologue seems prolonged to the viewer/audience because it helps us get a better view of what and how exactly the minds of how characters process and react to the situations they are placed in, but in real time/the world of death note, it wasn't even long at all.
Imagine if Light waited 48bhours to kill "L"
Eng dub is so ass
So, I've watched an entire Death Note right after Youtube forced me into it by filling my recommendations with DN shorts/moments. And I noticed that there was no "genius Light's plan", bruh.
Basically, his "entire plan" crashes if the condition "Rem loves Misa" is false. All Light did was just show L to Rem. And Ryuzaki wouldn't die if he DIDN'T say to Rem that he was the one L torturing Misa for 50 days. It was not Yagami being this smart to outsmart L. It was L making a huge mistake due to having no idea about Rem and her ("shall I call you mista?") feelings towards Misa.
Not going to lie, good anime, no annoying animation, it has a lot of logical yet predictable plot twists (seriously, somebody thought Rem would give a death note to another person without being sure it could help Misa?) but, sadly, maybe, it started to be disappointing right after L invited Light to join his "mafia"-style investigation.
I'm not saying it's that bad, I just saw nothing "genius" to me. Maybe, I'm just a 🤓 irl XD
I’m here before starting death note I’ll be back in a few weeks or months😂 depending how long it is
Moments missing:
– Light getting Ryok to write the fake rules into the death note
– Light pressures Ren to sacrifice herself and kill Watari and L
Is this the real english dub? Wtf this is the biggest crap lol
The first thing that impressed me was that whenever something completely cleared Light to not be Kira, L would suspect him for being too non-suspicious.
Why would u half English half Japanese smh
I am so so smart
Icl even I would have done he Ray Penber trick
IF L was a killer show ould have stopped along time ago
L basically knew Light was Kira from day one
I would still feel the broadcast scene was the smartest
According to the Author, whenever a percentage was bought up, it was really at least 90%, instead of the percentage mentioned. Safe to say L probably knew it was light.
"DO IT KIRA!
One of the few anime out there that packs some serious kick….
I never understood passing the book around like that at the end.
So many of these anime pretend they have an "intelligent protagonist", but all they do is make the protagonist do something slightly unconventional that would never actually work. Light is one of those few truely intelligent protagonists where you just gotta stop and admire the genius.
People say l was smarter than by far i agree l was smarter but he is not that far bcoz if he was near also catch kira without a death note or shinigami
First time when I watched it I was on kiras side then 10 years later I watched it again I was on Ls side this time
The Planning of get back DEATH NOTE just made me lie on floor from chair . Just Amazing I was like how can an anime 🥶🥶
On of the best anime ever created
anyone who watch dub animes need go see therapist
i eat a potato chip
L won Light lost
Naww brooo if post this ill get copyrighted….. naw bro… im tired of youtube😂
even after ages there is no anime which gave the same emotions or vibes as death note
Intentionally giving yourself amnesia and predicting not only your own behavior, but the behavior of other people for months in advance and orchestrating the return of your memories at the perfect moment is so ridiculously beyond to all these others it's not even funny. It stands out as one of the most elaborate mind fucks in all of fiction that I know of. I love this s***, so if anyone knows of any brilliant long cons like this lmk
SIGH guess its time to watch death note again
Light knowing he had a camera in a room so he started beating his meat for the camera
Light manipulating the situation to get Rem to kill L and having it result in her death too was brilliant.
1:42 makes me laugh how frustrated Light is when he go's, "I can't do anything to him!" while L is just sitting there like a lil mf
The moment Light lost
