  1. MI==mine just replied to her from the other room and I will have to finish this tomorrow before they wake up lol I'm hoping when I finish it's going to have another one for Tina because they are very social and even with us being family it doesn't count and we can't fully understand them and I had to get more for our hen when the other died and I worry about ppl just having one after reading about the depression they get without another one because I treat all of mine like spoiled kids and I am happy to see people treat them as great and just always worry about videos being one without chicken friends but I know I'll be able to see if typing this was a waste of time lol but I think it's worth it because I want anyone getting some to get at least two

also I named my rooster golden laced Seabright Coolio around 10 and the hens bumblebee and honeybee and a silver lace hen I named frosty lol clearly I did 4H many years and automatically type the breed and variety

  2. Pets are family. Full stop. We love them and grieve them as family. Humans are capable of forming strong bonds with animals and VICE VERSA.

My cat got out the other day because my SO left the door open too long when he came in. I walked outside the door and called for my cat and he ran to me immediately, let me pick him up, and I took him inside slung over my shoulder, which he absolutely loved just as much as being outside, and made air biscuits as I carted him back inside.

They love us and understand us and are capable of so much than we give them credit for.

  3. We used to live next door to a family who had chooks. They were all individuals with their own personalities, just like dogs and cats! I can’t believe people raise these girls so cruelly and eat them. 💖

  4. Yes she is wonderful however I sure hope that you supply her with said dust. A low tote of soil would suffice. So important for their skin Azande feathers! She is beautiful and precious. Thanks for loving her! ❤

  5. This is the greatest story. I got my first chicks at age 5. I laid them on their backs in my lap just like a doll. We had a corn parade every morning, where I held up an ear of corn and was followed around the yard. They make the best friends. They are funny, loyal, smart, and loving. Tina is a super girl and you 2 have a wonderful bond. Is she a seabright?
