Awhile ago this guy was in my neighborhood he was let free from jail he was wondering around at 3:30 to 4:30am and was walking to houses from house to house he waited till school got out and chased a girl all the way home targeting her with his weiner he finally was arrested again

Probably accidentally scared whoever was inside to death… whoops
