  1. By the way, that little chemical list that they made for what's in e-cig liquid… multiply that x 100 for a cigarette.

I vaped for nearly 14 years after being a 2 pack a day smoker. On top of that I inhaled cigars regularly and smoked other stuff.

Switching to e-cigs made my life much much better. However, I have since quit and now enjoy inhaling air.

Moral of the story, don't smoke, don't vape but if you MUST it's better to vape.

  2. Gave up smoking for vaping (actual vape not one use disposable vapes – those are garbage) and eventually quit both. I can share the following, if you’re gonna quit smoking this way 1. Find a good machine (powerful mod and high capacity atomiser. 2. Find a good brand name liquid. 3. Make sure the vaping liquid is transparent – no colouring , that’s going to ruin your atomizer’s coil cotton and you’ll end up inhaling a cloud of awful after a while. Having a good vape will fill that void of cigarettes. Starting with high nicotine and then move lower and lower every month or every week (depending on how you cope with it).
I found the hand movement (bringing the cigarette to the lips) was the one that was the hardest to shake off since nicotine kept me covered. After a while I was vaping with zero nicotine and that’s where I stopped. Doesn’t work for everyone but worked for me.

  3. Id rather fill my lungs with vapor and smoke than be some snowflake that makes YouTube videos like this. How about you start explaining how many genders there are. Maybe talk about the fact men can never be women and vise versa. If you don't already know, inhaling anything besides air is extremely unhealthy. Rocket science

  4. In the UK there is a huge number of kids (say 14 year olds plus) vaping. I watched one girl vaping when she got on the bus – where vaping is banned , but this is how they are – and it was like she was chain smoking a cigarette, one draw after another pretty full on for about 10 mins.

  5. I have been smoking cigarettes since 1998 to 2016. . I then stopped and started smoking e cigarette. I never smoked direct into the longues, But one puff each Time like normal cigarettes. I Can actually Walk long Walks and breathe much better when smoking e cigarette. But i agree completely, doing none of Them would be best. It is just very hard to stop w the Nicotine. But strangely enough, it was not hard swapping the cigarette w e cigarette. I also do not smoke with any taste, only vg/pg and Nicotine. Before i smoked 20-25 cigarettes Per Day, now i smoke aproximately 20 Ml e juice a month, which is a much smaller amount of damage than my cigarette consumption before (i believe) 😊

I really liked your video though, thanks 👌🏽

  6. Everything is bad for you. Even exercise causes tears in muscle fibers… so the body builds them back stronger… which we view as "good. "

I also hate how people define some chemicals as "drugs"… when in reality hotdogs contain plenty of chemicals.

Im an aspie… can yo tell 😂

  7. smoked 15 years, 2 packs a day…. then i became sick and got bronchitis, seemed to not want to go away even after 3 weeks. never touched a cigarette again, switched to vaping for 3 years, then quit. best decision ever. smoke and vape free for 3 years now.

  8. Usually your videos are spot on but this one is misleading. Came here to understand the risks of vaping certified nicotine liquids and you’re talking about thc products with vit. E for the entire video.

  9. I used to vape, quit about a month ago but had to go to the hospital a few days ago for chest pain. They told me I had a spontaneous pneumothorax basically a hole in the lung the main cause is smoking and its more common for skinny tall people apparently…

  10. Over here in Aus there's a MAJOR crackdown on vaping happening right now. You will soon need a medical prescription for vapes. Only a matter of time and everyone will be back on the darts if they can afford to buy them lol

  11. The Chemicals "formaldehyde & Acetadehyde" that age your body & are in the crap you vaping same as cigarettes!! So give it all up one step at a time unless you don't mind looking old & dying a lot sooner. Quit foolish if people think that its ok its over 2020 but people still believe 2 + 2 = 5

  12. Smoked for 17 years. Quit 2 times. First time for 3 month, in 6 months after start stop smoking for 5 years and still now. Quitting smoking is not as hard as most people thinks. The hardest thing for me was to change my habits. Vapping is nothing like smoking. Quitting by minimizing the number of cigarettes you smoke didn't work for me. My next step is to stop eating candies as mush as I do.) Good luck to everyone who is quitting smoking. Anybody can do it.
