This is the best feel good video I’ve seen lately. Little River’s rescue is such a sweet story. I love seeing cops hold puppies in their arms like babies. Kind of makes me melt. River was so tiny and helpless, but a whole group of people helped her thrive. Today she’s absolutely beautiful. Way to make saving River a team effort. Cheers to the great effort of many for the life of one. 🐕❤️💕😇
