TRAGIC TWO-VEHICLE CRASH ON STATE HIGHWAY 45 NEAR THE US 183 KILLS 1 [AUSTIN, TX]

AUSTIN, TX (February 6, 2024) – Monday morning, a tragic two-vehicle crash on State Highway 45 near the US 183 killed one person.

The incident happened at around 6:45 a.m. on State Highway 45 near the US 183.

According to reports, a pick-up truck and an 18-wheeler collided in the area for still unknown reasons.

Moreover, authorities confirmed that one person died in the crash, and one other sustained minor injuries.

Furthermore, the crash closed all westbound lanes of SH 45 near the US 183 toll road, from Lake Creek Parkway until the end of the toll.
