Targeting the body’s most vulnerable points proves to be effective in self-defense. However, there are numerous other places where the body’s delicate nerves and organs are exposed due to minimal bone protection. Familiarizing yourself with these 3 main areas to enhance your ability to defend against an attacker, as they cannot shield all these susceptible areas simultaneously.

😂😂 he must owe him some money😂he hasn't paid for his class yet
Did Mark sat strike to plexis with "reversible fist"? What is that? Never heard that before.
You guys had way too much fun doing this vid. Keep it up. 😉
When I was serving time in prison back in the '80's, I once dropped an attacker with a knee to the liver.
My Karate sensei teached us, Karate is not for street fight. If you can´t avoid it, being suddenly extrem aggressive and willing to catch some hits yourself – is more important than martial art skills. Kick hard the balls, coz your legs have more power than you arms. When your opponent is distracted from his pain and hopefully bend over, kick his face. If he don´t do- skip this step. Then one knee, 2 times, so he cannot follow you. Then…..RUN ! Avoid to meet the police. Streetfight is not for Gentlemen.
I’ve been watching my guy take a beating for years. Someone give this man a raise! 😆
Thank you 👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻
Keep sharing

– Nick, "hold my beer"😂
Poor Nick!!! LOL
He is a really good sport.
been hit in the SP just as a demonstration and it is truly disabling.
Great content sir, was wondering if you could do a video about prolonged aggression aswell, someone who still after time tried to antagonise you for example.
I swear, Nick is the toughest guy on Earth! 😂
-Open palm to the nose?
-A punch to the groin might hit the belts buckle which will screw your knuckles.
Awesome vid! Entertaining and informative!!
Neck, plexus,groin dead leg. Gotcha……
Great learning video, inside the knee is also very painful. I know from experience, still hurts after many years lol.
Poor Nick took a pounding today
Death without blood it's in Kalari's marma vidya .
Ok so those hurt, but are they necessarily the attacks that would be most effcicent in a real world fight, it's ok saying hit here and here, but when arms and legs are swinging and kicking, landing with precision often goes out the window, so instead of talking about ideal sites to attack, instead of pin points, what is the most effective general area to take an attacker down quickly.
The Windpipe.
Story: Back in the day – sparring light contact – my instructor was on the back foot and tried to kick me in the head with a hook kick. He missed. Grazed my windpipe. It did not hurt. I did not lose consciousness. BUT … I went down. My nervous system took over and said, "take a knee." Instructor started to tell someone to call an ambulance but I put my hand up and coughed out, "I'm okay – I'm breathing." Had I been in a real fight, he could've done anything he wanted to me.
Your funniest, most effective video yet. Thanks for all the great content. Lmao
The caratoid artery punch can kill as has happened so be careful. Applying a scissors hold on the sides of the neck can cause unconsciousness.
Also, what about the liver shot? You sometimes see heavyweights hit the deck after this attack.
He always lands punches on this poor guy
