Over 100 animals rescued from York County home, local shelters at capacity

1. Horribly sad situations like this across the country because people don’t bother to spay and neuter their pets. The neglect of humans is the issue towards these animals. On top of that you have all these people paying to have brand new puppies that are pedigree. It is ridiculous while other animals are dying every day in shelters.
