Oh no, trapped in 6" of water..
The guy had mobility issues and was too heavy to carry! Maybe 6inch of water but the current is fast and they couldn't drag him out ! Use the little brains you have and show some respect or at least compassion. I bet if it happened in the States or in the UK , you' d be cheering about how great the rescue was and how awesome American or UK firefighters are. How arrogant.
