  1. Oh my god. This is a pattern now. You take the brown and black people to the cheap places and the white people to the expensive ones. Not gonna lie thats disappointing to see.

  2. In England we wouldn't say British Indian. Her skin colour or heritage or religious beliefs is irrelevant. If born here you are British end of.

  3. Take away the caviar and truffle you have maybe a curry worth about 25 bucks… Caviar and truffle are used for the sole purpose of raising the price and that's it..

  4. with so many americans visiting portugal its sad to see this channel is yet to show tradicional portuguese foods, especially when we had influence in so many kitchens arround the globe, one of them being exacly… india.

  5. Good video, but there are so many better restaurants to try. We all love the westernised Indian food, but the fusion stuff going on right now is far more interesting. Thats where London steps it up. Tayyabs great for some lamb chops, but times and tastes have changed, with many more interesting offerings out there now.

  6. Wasted such a great segment of the show with that girl at the end. She offered nothing to better the quality of the video.

I’m sure she is great on her channel, but a terrible collab.

  7. It's really weird how we can talk about food from all over Europe that doesn't use spices but as soon as British food is brought it's "NO SPICES!" immediately.

  8. How are indian restaurants bland in comparison to this one? You can find every curry ranging in spices at those restaurants 😂 also a lot of English people I've come into contact with actually prefer the hotter side of curries. Lool

  9. "I don't know what the yellow stuff is"? I'm sorry Sonny, I have never questioned your judgment in all the years I have been following you, but you really dropped the ball on this one. You should have brought Seema with you to try that last one. Lali just wasn't a good choice. No knowledge, and no real personality. She should win your 2024 worst co-host award.

  10. I've had desi and BIR curries and the BIR isn't bland compared to the desi…. they're just cooked different. BIR curries still use kashimiri chilli, garam masala, cumin, tumeric etc, but also use a base gravy to cut down on the cooking times.

  11. Lmao I freaking love Lali, just your average gal trying to understand what all the fuss is about when it comes to fine dining. It's hard to get used certain flavors, especially when there's sweet mixed in a dish you'd normally expect to be salty and savory.

  12. Seems is not 'British Indian'. She is British. God forbid we start categorising everybody as they do in the USA. All this does is prevent integration and unity.

  13. The first curry looks amazing! But as someone already mentioned in the comments, the whole hotel to YMCA money sounds sketchy 😂
For the last reviewer, she just didn’t seem comfortable or happy to be there :/ I understand the novelty and camera shyness but it doesn’t seem to be an actual issue here. Maybe it’s bad editing :/
