I would think that with their UNLIMITED financial and technical resources, that the security agencies, certainly including the S.S., would have constant aerial surveillance using multiple drones of the entire area being constantly observed on monitors by multiple agents, probably in a van. SOP!
If there was time to report the shooter on the roof, and time to take pics and videos of him, and time for local law enforcement to allegedly go searching for the shooter, then there was time to 1) tell trump not to take the stage, 2) snipers could have taken the sniper out…complete 100% inside job orchestrated by the democrats.
