Compound ankle fracture…damn.
He should have had a bird in the air immediately
He lost a tip of his finger.
I remember after the car accident I was in my mate asked if I'd seen my face yet. When he showed me in the mirror my nose was smashed and there was a massive hole in the bridge of it. 9 hours of surgery, part of my rib and cartilage from my ears fixed the bone mess. And a flap of skin from my chest repaired the skin damage.
I wouldn't do their job for a million dollars, they are some real hard men, as are the coastguard rescue teams.
In my line of work injuries are to be expected but at least we're in driving range of the nearest hospital. A decade ago I lost a toe due to a crushed steel toe boot
Not for all the tea in china.
Captain Wild Bill is one of my favorite captains of the show. Hope his cancer treatment is producing positive results.
That finger will grow back
I’ve had open fractured fingers from smashing them but nothing like that 😮😮😮😮😮😢😢😢😢!!!
Mid 2000s had a friend on a crab boat slip by a huge wave and bumped his head and passed. He was early 20s and his dream was to captain his own crabbing boat. The ocean can give and it can take, it's unforgiving.
these guys are animals
they need to wear nascar helmets lmao
R.I.P Nick ! >BOTH!
The tip of the finger… holy fuuuUUUU!!
Helicopter crew just perfect.
I've had epilepsy my whole life. I've had a few jobs where I had a seizure at work. One time, while working at a coffee shop, I fell and started seizing by the espresso machine. When i came to, there were EMTs around me, and I was trying my damnedest to get up and continue working. I remember having the steam cup in my hand still and was trying to get up saying, "I need to finish working."😅
foot? twisted
hand? crushed
my stomach? churning
Nick Mavar for president🇺🇸
that hand looked gnarly as f….
Can anyone tell us what the outcome of his hand is, please?
I sincerely wish him the best!
