Yes, our cat had to wear one of those collars for eleven days when she had an infected pad removed. She hated it of course.
Maybe she just doesn't like walking with the cone of shame on? My dogs hate it so much, and don't move around a lot with it on

Well, I can’t blame Athena for preferring to be inside in a room with AC! In a few days when the stitches are removed and the cone is gone she will feel more confident and hopefully be more outgoing too. Athena will be fine.
