The fact nobody has had any so-called supernatural experiences in the house in all of these decades proves the "Hauntings" were a hoax. And the family that lived in the house after the Lutz did a great piece where they proved what a hoax it was. And there had never been evidence of a spirit world of any kind anyway

I looked at the ghost boy a lot closer and it looked like a woman with glasses. It could be one of the crew members that looked like they were wearing the same thing the ghost boy was wearing, or it was actually a woman that staged the whole thing because the crew had a history of faking things.
