Gordon Ramsey has shared his horror injuries from a near death accident.
The celebrity chef shared a warning to cyclists remarking he’s “lucky to be here”.
Ramsay stressed the importance of wearing a bike helmet at all times, even on short journeys, in a video shared to his social media.
He thanked the medical staff who treated him and revealed the side of his body to be heavily bruised, telling his following he is “getting through it”.
