No other skiers, filmed and timed…you can see his concentration, keeping the ridge line, going methodically….absolutely NO concern…because it's a scheduled snow release to keep catastrophic avalanches from happening. No 'sweeping away' of anything but snow. The skier is doing the job he was assigned…clear the potential avalanche slip zone.

I’ve watched a few of your vids now and it seems as if you’re glorifying people doing really dumb things that have both human and environmental impacts in negative ways. Am I missing something? Avalanches are not generally something we set epic music to and cheer on. I dig your Mountain Not For Profit doc but these AMHV style vids are reminders that people do a lot of stupid things just because they want to. 👎🏻

I've been thinking of skiing so bad and visiting such places soon but after understanding avalanche. The least I'd do is just visit Svalbard and stick to riding!

Insane ❄This morning I was having a lucid dream that huge Avalanche was coming towards me and a bunch of other people I knew it was death there was just no way to survive this it was huge and it was coming fast I turned around and start running I remember thinking maybe if I got underneath this awning that was in my dream from this little building that it could save me but then I thought now nothing could save us from all this snow it was terrifying I woke up and when I looked at the clock it was 11:11 the angel minute and it was at the exact time I was supposed to die in my dream🎉 happy 2024 to me and happy 2024 to you
Someone got lucky … it's clear that this is a ski-cut of sorts. But if the shear had occurred just a few feet higher, the skier would have been swept off his feet and down the mountain.

With all that snow falling on top if he would of fell in he would of ended up like 40 to 80 feet deep are more
