9. Dogs suffer PTS just like us humans and as hard as it is to break down that barrier Love is the perfect key to unlock that barrier. When i adopted Jake so many years ago from a shelter, he was so fearful, even an outreached hand would make him flinch and back away.
   When he eventually realised that outreached hand wasn't extended to hurt him he began to relax over time the flinching and backing off faded as his confidence grew, but it took some weeks to make progress and he eventually overcame his fears and his PTS subsided. He lived a full life full of joy, he was adored not just by everyone he met but also by his best friend and companion Ollie who helped him forget his past who lived for 16 wonderful years. My Account avatar is tributary to them both who now roam, hopefully together in the sunny fields of heaven.

11. When he stopped at the door and wouldn't go in, I think he had been taken into enclosed spaces and attacked while trapped so he thought he was going to be abused and didn't want to go in the house. So many horrible humans.

12. Poor dog must have gone through hardships, im so glad he is loved, and can be a dog again, not worrying about anything else, he is so sweet❤️❤️

16. We try to train dogs. Teach them things. What if we tried to learn from them things like happiness, reliability, devotion, tenderness, playfulness and wordless communication.
