15. 14:50 mark. My guess is Lanterns. When my sister passed away on her 1 year memorial we put up 100 lanterns and they looked just like that. Many people in my town thought they were UFOs and it was talk of the town for like 2 weeks. I could be wrong but ours looked exactly like that
