Seeing the clips about missing US bombs, and ongoing monitoring of the areas the bombs were lost at, I can't help but be even more alarmed at the idea of someone like Pete Hegseth being put in charge of the Pentagon. The US Military is such an enormous, extremely complex organization, that someone with zero experience heading ANY organization of ANY significant size would even be considered to lead it, is beyond insane and frankly, quite scary. There's a reason the people heading up the Dept. of Defense are older, extremely experienced men, that have specific educations to give them the tools needed to head up such a large, intricate organization.
   Keeping tabs on missing bombs is a tiny, tiny part of what the US Military does. One of the thousands of little details and things that need to continue to happen, to keep us and the rest of the world, where the US has a presence, safe. The job of Secretary of Defense should go to someone with decades of experience, a serious, meticulous person, with a huge amount of knowledge from personal experience, of how such an organization operates. Not some 30-something, ex-military, part time Fox host! Our military is NOT a joke, and the person put in charge shouldn't be either!
