  1. The Wiens Lean says it all. This was a fun style of video and I learned a bit more about a specific ingredient than I usually get out of your vids. I don't see pork belly offered much in Thai restaurants in the US and I wish they did because we love pork in the South!

  3. Hi @MarkWiens these are the best kind of your videos, just you, ying n micah eating. You adjusting flavors adding vinegar, spicy chillies and finishing last bit of every dish. I love these and showing more about each dish than jumping to lots n lots of restaurants. Would love a thai hotpot/steamboat, jungle curry video series soon

  4. I could eat that dish @20:10 every day especially for only $2.37 US dollars. What a delicious meal and the price is insanely cheap. A dish like that in the states would be at least $13.99 – $17.99(especially when egg prices being so high now). This video is literally making me super hungry for pork belly.

  5. Love it! One main ingredient cooked in a variety of styles and methods. I love your new idea. Sometimes I wonder what I could do with these eggs, fish, and beef. Seeing what I can do with them will provide me with inspiring ideas. So, great idea for this video style.

  6. Mark , hats off for another great video . I have been watching your video does since 2013-14. Want you to put a caution note on every video of yours : *caution do not try to eat like me , which can lead to stomach upset or in long run the spicy intake can harm your stomach. You may get over weight . Watch out . 🤣🤣🤣🤣

  7. Moo Krab rules! Been working on versions with oil and air frying to combine with other ingredients like veggies and noodles. Love the Thai videos! Thanks for your story-telling! Your videos are great guides for eating.

  8. Love it! One main ingredient cooked many styles and ways. Love your new idea. Sometimes I think what I can do with these eggs, fish, beef etc. Seeing what I can do with them will give me inspriring ideas. So, great idea with this video style.
