Mortarian will always in my opinion have thr DUMBEST reason to hate the Emperor…boohooo I would of died and lost and never get revenge [Emperorsl steps in, slays his nemesis and saves him] just so dumb, beyond dumb
My favorite Nurgle warband is still the Purge. Purely because they're the least "Nurgly" of his followers. Most of their depictions show them just as crusty chaos marines, not the usual disgustingly bloated plague marines we usually see.
it's a common theme in the traitor legions that they were better off before they were reunited with their primarchs
Your summation during your conclusions are my absolute favorite parts of these videos.
The real tragedy of the Primarchs and the Astartes is that they were never intended for the 40K world or beyond. They were merely tools for the Corpse Emperor and his cronies. How easily we forget the Thunder Warriors, replaced by the Astartes, now replaced by the Primaris.
Say what you want about Khorne or Nurgle but at least you know where you stand.
Slaanesh or Tzeench are a different matter though…

The Death Guard Legion seem to have the most Warband successors that have pages on the Wiki and Lexicanum. Though not all have images or icons.

I was genuinely surprised there's a warbands dedicated to complete decimation/extinction. You'd assume Nurgle would interfere or sabotage them for their ultimate goal.
The god least likely to screw you over out of the four… but I’m too vain to swear off showering and roam in a suit of power armor absolutely caked in inches of filth and grime
