Near death- a boy accidentally hanged himself in the elevator

The event occurred in İstanbul/Turkey. Three children wanted to go to the garden to play without their parents. One of the children had a rope around his neck and left a part of it at the outside of the elevator. As the elevator moved down the rope pulled the boy up and hanged him. His sister who is older than him managed to stop the elevator with an emergency button and took the rope off his neck. It was learned that the child was in good health after the accident.
