Always the majority of these crashes happen in Russia
just because you have lights and sirens does not mean you can blast through a junction at full speed. you must slow down and be prepared to stop of not safe to enter junction. plus do not presume everyone can see or hear you either. in most of these cases fire truck driver to blame and should lose his licence
