In the first video, the water did not "suddenly" rise. The water from a dam nearby was released. Warning announcements along with loud horns are sounded several times starting at about 15 minutes before the dam is opened. Moreover, as an additional safety measure, they don't open the gates full blast at once. Water is released at a gentle pace and then gradually picks up speed. Those people were idiots to ignore the warnings.

The escalator was more of a shity accident how many of you were holding a lil one and they wana start spazzing out and almost drop them when they wanna have a fuck you moment like young ones tend to do ?
