?PARMA HAM WRAP WITH ORGANIC ROCKET & RICOTTA CHEESE: Wrap fresh ricotta cheese and arugula with parma ham.
?HOUSE-MADE MOZZARELLA WITH DALAT TOMATO CAPRESE: Chop up mozzarella cheese and tomatoes. Spray pepper salt on the mozzarella. Assemble on a plate. Garnish with fresh basil and dried cherry tomatoes. Pour olive oil and a pinch of pepper on top.

?SALMON SASHIMI WITH ONION RICOTTA CHEESE SAUCE PIZZA: On a pizza base, add olive oil and shredded parmesan. Bake for 80 seconds at 420 to 440 celsius degrees. Add sashimi sauce and minced onion. Serve with salmon sashimi on each slice.
?CAMEMBERT AND HAM MUSHROOM SAUCE PIZZA: On a pizza base, add three-mushroom sauce, mozzarella cheese, square ham, parmesan powder and olive oil. Bake for 1 minute and 20 seconds at 420 to 440 celsius degrees.

I only heard about this business today because I was looking for fresh mozzarella (and I live in Vietnam lol). It’s distributed in packs to a chain of stores specialized in western food products I think. Because I live so far away, so far that’s the most efficient way to get fresh mozzarella. If only I find a way to get them truly fresh.
