Why would you wait till the car is halfway sunk to get out. As soon as you see that the car lost grip of solid ground and it’s sinking open the door or roll down the window and get out.
Just roll down the window or open the back trunk and then climb out, even a roof window seems a better option than trying to break a window which is a lot tougher than what most people think. Without a tool make for men and even more so for women its going to be hard to break a car window especially from an awkward position, just a matter of weight, power, range of motion.
U need an object with a metal point or just get out without damage also takes less time, stress, anxiety, less risk of injury.
