There is a new resident at the Endangered Species Enclosure on Ol Pejeta.
A two-week-old southern white rhino calf has been rescued by the wildlife and veterinary teams, after being abandoned by his mother. The calf had a congenital problem, known as persistent urachus, which prompted his mother to leave him (a normal occurrence in wild mammals).
We never like having to take an orphaned wild animal into our care, although when you look at his face, it’s hard not to smile!

Rhinos need love too. Nobody should be abandoned. Thanks Ol Pejeta:-)
God bless you
Pls does any one know the title and name of artist for inspiring song in the video?
Zionists murder countless human children use bombs to blow off limbs. Look at scumbags giving weapons to Saudis who are murdering Yemeni babies and Palestinians children. Then these scumbags save an animal and think they're some heroic kind people . Well we will see how heroic you are in hellfire
How sweet
God bless the caretakers. What dedication, gentleness each seems to have. I have great admiration for each
My goal in life is to do the same as the people here are doing. Save animals. You guys r like idols. God bless you!!!!
So… does he need surgery? And is there any chance he'll be able to return to the wild?
Give him another scratch and lots more love.
How lovely to see this!! 🙂
