I get panic attacks when i smoke weed and now i will get them when im sober and what helps me to anyone out there what I do is I just think to myself "Is my heart beating, do I feel fine, and can I walk/move around" and every time I think of those answers and know that im still breathing, walking around, and feeling fine it takes the anxiety away after about 5 months minutes of thinking about it and if you are to high and dont feel fine whether your heart is racing or what not ill think im still moving, breathing, and still aware of my surroundings it takes away the anxiety within 5 minutes hope this helps someone
